About this deal

When sealed, there is no way to distinguish the Bellman/Pallas pressing and the Black Belt/40597 pressing, as the artwork, text and hype sticker are all identical on both pressings. Metallica turned the metal world on its ear with their debut album, Kill 'em All and then blew its mind with the follow-up, Ride the Lightning. The first thing that bothers me with this album is how very few moments of thrash metal are on here, and yeah, at the time this album was made, thrash metal barely existed as a term, let alone had a definition, but a few of the songs barely sound made by the same band that made Kill Em All. Obviously one can not tell from that pictures here, but one can easily see how loud this pressing is, compared to other pressings and reissues.

In the edit page, go to the 'Metadata' tab and add your Juno artist, label or release page for listeners to purchase your release / releases. Hopefully, somebody updates the discography and lists the current Black Belt reissue to avoid confusion with this CB pressing. Metallica promoted the album on the Bang That Head That Doesn't Bang European tour in late 1984, and on its North American leg in the first half of 1985. Promo copies have a post-manufacture hot-foil gold stamp on the back of the sleeve: "Loaned For Promotion Only.

The rest of this song is pure thrash metal, and pretty much the only pure thrash metal song on this album. Ukázalo světu, že metal může být víc než jen bezmyšlenkovitý headbanging; může být komplexní, inteligentní a temný. Although 75,000 copies were initially pressed for the American market, the album sold half a million by November 1987. All I was saying is that it is true that that made 400 though I could easily see this as over the years being actually 420 and not 400.

I ran these through a DAW and corrected the speed and the tracks sound much better even at a slightly slower tempo.I just figure someone may accidentally mix them up if they have both or if someone pulls a switch disc on someone. That is because anyone who has listened to original 1980's CDs knows they are pretty much the holy grail, and a great example of the capability of that format.
