I feel like it was written in such a rush because the explanation for them “hating” each other when they were young was shit and the miscommunication was so unrealistic and was kind of just skipped over like an afterthought. Another thing I don’t really like is how in both books in this series so far, it feels as if the girls become instantly stupid and forget how to talk/act like a normal person the second the main guy is in there vicinity. I do not have anything against this author, I'm saying this once again but the first book was just fine and I gave it four stars but I just didn't like this book, the writing. i’m glad zac and mina weren’t in that horrible in between stage where they hide their feelings from each other for a long time and they actually told each other they wanted to be together rather quickly but i wish they developed their relationship a teensy bit more OUTSIDE of the bedroom🫣 i also thought mina was so irritating and naive when it came to dealing with her ex🙄🙄 idk i feel like a lot of the things she did were stupid (why on earth would u walk down an alley to ur uber alone) and she kept things a secret when it would have been so much better and SAFER for her if she just told the truth to zac. That being said, I will be reading the third book in the series when it gets released in hopes of it being better lol.
