While its the material for Rulkallos not only can they fairly easily use swamp king but they could print another monster that has the effect to copy her name. Ancient Fairy Dragon is a newly released level 7 synchro that partly synergizes with the Kashtira theme, so it may grant some sort of boon in return, but personally I believe this archetype is now unplayable as both pure or an engine. Minor Archtypical Changes Lava Golem and the other Kaiju-like monsters (like the Kaiju archetype, and The Winged Dragon of Ra - Sphere Mode) can actually take care of the Tearlaments Fusion Monsters, as tributing them does not count as "sent to the GY due to a card effect".
