BBC Studios Kids & Family are excited to share that Series 3 of the much-loved Emmy® and BAFTA award-winning animated series Bluey will make its UK free-to-air premiere on CBeebies and BBC iPlayer from Monday 27th November. Bluey, the Emmy® Award-winning sensation that has won over families worldwide, will make its season three debut on August 10 on Disney+ in the U.S. and around the world.[1] Since making her splash on Disney+, Bluey and the rest of the Heeler family have laughed, played, and danced their way into the hearts of millions of kids and adults. The beloved animated series from Australia’s Ludo Studios has been a tremendous hit with Disney fans here in the States and has become entirely accessible through Disney’s streaming service and TV channels. This is the second episode to air on the same day as a sporting event, after The Decider aired with the 2022 State of Origin series. Jointly commissioned by ABC Children’s and BBC Studios Kids & Family, Bluey is produced by multi-Emmy award-winning Ludo Studio in association with Screen Queensland and Screen Australia.

They follow it obsessively on YouTube and play virtual versions of it on their devices. They play in actual teams, with friends, at the beach, the park and of course with each other in the yard, which is where the similarity between them, and Dusty and Rusty ends. Bluey is produced by Ludo Studio for ABC Kids (Australia) and co-commissioned by ABC Children’s and BBC Studios. Financed in association with Screen Australia, Bluey is proudly 100% created, written, animated, and post produced in Brisbane Queensland, Australia, with funding from the Queensland Government through Screen Queensland and the Australian Government. Created and written by Joe Brumm and produced by the multiple Emmy® Award-winning Ludo Studio for the Australian Broadcasting Corporation and BBC Studios, the new season of the breakout hit series will be split into two parts. The first features 25 seven-minute stories that will bring even more hilariously relatable everyday moments of family life to audiences everywhere. These episodes will also arrive on Disney Channel and Disney Junior later this year in territories around the world. The second half of Season Three will be available on these same platforms at a later date.Dusty appears in Bluey and Friends Little Library. While this book was released in most markets after the episode aired, it was released in Sweden on 25th May 2023, making it her first appearance overall. Season 3B of the “new” Bluey is set to make the jump from Disney+ to Disney Channel and Disney Junior next month, making the Heelers more accessible to fans without the need for a subscription. That being said, viewers will still have to wait even longer before the final portion of season 3 is readily available for American audiences. This was due to the 2021–2023 ICC World Test Championship final between Australia and India airing on the same day. With just one bowl from Pat left, sweet Rusty hits it gently toward his sister Dusty who takes the catch and has the glory of getting Rusty out. This episode is listed as #1 in Blueyfest. Prior to its debut, it was preceded with a new extended intro.
