About this deal

Whitley Neill has launched two new flavoured gins for the summer, and they're the definition of a summer tipple.

Rachel Adams, global marketing director, Halewood Artisanal Spirits, said: “With eight generations of distilling heritage behind us, consumers know they can expect great-tasting, quality gins from Whitley Neill. To celebrate Spring, Whitley Neill, the UK’s number one premium gin brand* has launched two new flavoured gins – Apple & Red Berries and Banana & Guava. Now available in retailers across the country, both gins are perfect for the warmer seasons, providing a fruity twist for those looking to enjoy the special and innovative taste of Whitley Neill. A strong cherry stout, Blossom (7% ABV) contains dark roasted malts and silky oats at its core, boasting flavours of chocolate and coffee on the palate with a fruity sweetness tempered by a liberal dose of spicy and peppery hops alongside a light and dry finish. The Royal Warrant holder’s latest release, Rose and Cherry Bubbly, balances the sweet tartness of cherries with the floral notes of the rose, naturally sweetened with Muscat grape juice and finished with Sicilian lemons alongside soft Dartmoor spring water. I've been a big fan of the Whitley Neill aesthetic for years, and think that its bottles of gin are absolutely beautiful. The red bottle was incredibly bold and eye-catching, and I really liked the intricate pattern detail.

Light - Have a job that involves long periods of sitting (office-based / driving) or are home-based and sitting for much of the day. Typical jobs: office worker, sales rep, bus/taxi/lorry driver. Moderately active - Do light to moderate intensity exercise 3-4 times a week. E.g. going to the gym / swimming / cycling / horse riding / dance classes / playing golf. Daily dog walking (brisk pace, twice a day). The strong consumer response to the existing Little Swine beers has shown demand for low alcohol beers with plenty of character continues to grow.

Johnny Neill, founder of Whitley Neill Gin, says: “Launching just in time for the Spring and Summer seasons, our two new distinctive flavours, Apple & Red Berries and Banana & Guava exemplify our commitment to creating the best tasting gins and innovative blends. Enjoying Spritzes has become a popular trend, and Whitley Neill’s high quality, flavoured gins lend themselves perfectly to this serve. Whether it’s to enjoy when entertaining at BBQs, social get togethers, staycations or as an aperitif at home, the new innovative editions will bring a bit of sunshine to gin lovers across the UK.” Halewood Artisanal Spirits has expanded its Whitley Neill range with the launch of two flavoured gins: Apple & Red Berries and Banana & Guava. Both gins rest at 43.1% ABV and are available to buy in the UK Herrera said: “The coconut tree has always had a strong link to the Bacardi family, being the emblem of the company symbolising the coconut palm that was planted at the original Bacardi Rum distillery. Alongside the launch, the brand has also refreshed its bottle design, which will be rolled out across the portfolio over the next few months, according to Adams.Whitley Neill Apple & Red Berries includes a blend of crisp apples and tart red berries and is suggested to be enjoyed with a Mediterranean tonic. Whitley Neill Banana & Guava gin offers a more tropical flavor profile, highlighting two summery fruit favorites. Both of these gins are suggested to be paired with lemonade topped with Prosecco for a fruity take on a Spritz. For gin lovers who like a classic combination, the Whitley Neill Apple & Red Berries gin is a superb choice. Including a luscious blend of crisp apples and tangy red berries, it is delicious enjoyed with a classic Mediterranean tonic and garnished with fresh berries, or even with lemonade and topped with Prosecco for the ever popular Spritz serve. The new launches join the brand’s award winning product line up, which includes iconic flavours such as Rhubarb & Ginger Gin, Blood Orange and Raspberry, as well the award winning Distiller’s Cut London Dry. As with all products in the Whitley Neill range, the new flavours have been inspired by founder Johnny Neill’s travels around the world. Understanding this desire was key in creating Bacardi Caribbean Spiced and ensuring the flavours and aged rum quality were intensified to deliver the best craftmanship and taste.
