POWERED BY RENEWABLE ENERGY As well as growing delicious potatoes and crisps, we are passionate about making our processes as sustainable as possible and strive to be a carbon-neutral company. For example, when harvest is finished, we’re planting non-food crops which maintain soil integrity rather than ploughing and leaving fields, which releases carbon into the air. Fairfields Farm also grow their own special varieties of crisping potatoes which are hand cooked on the farm to the highest possible standards.
In Time for Christmas' deliveries are made from 2nd December dependent on the gift contents and shelf life (Birthday specific giftcodes starting BC will be shipped asap).
The traditional potato crisps have proved so successful that the Strathern’s have also branched out into vegetable crisp production as well, including parsnip crisps flavoured with Essex honey and black pepper.
