The performance is amazing, just two sprays on your clothes will make you smell classy all day long. Ajmal's Silver Shade smells exactly the same, stayed for the same time in my outdoor test today and costs about a fourth of this. A friend of mine who knows nothing about fragrances tried it and thought it smelled like a bathroom deodoriser, RIP. Furthermorr I don't like the idea of clones at this stage in my fragrances journey I don't mind alternatives but straight clones no.

How many sprays did you do, where in the world do you live, what season did you wear this in, did other people comment on your fragrance or not, how many times did you wear it before coming to your conclusion, what's your batch code? I feel that these arabian perfumes have wild variations in quality between batches, that's why you see these completely different reviews. Now, I'm not going to say everyone will have this experience with this stuff, but letting it sit for 3 months, after letting out probably 20 sprays initially after purchase, and it has a ton less of the floral mess happening, lots more of a water kind of feel behind it, and some general citrus has shown up here a bit.

I've heard Afnan Supremacy In Heaven is a softer and fresher alternative (for someone who looking into this) that I wish to try myself, but for now (and probably ever) Sillage is my favourite for this DNA. Yes, the beginning is very chemical, synthetic and overpowering, but this scent turns into an amazing, lingering scent after about 30 minutes. I liked Metal Rain by Banana Republic - a very decent clone of the Creed scent, but it too had little to no longevity and sported a more common designer-like base eventually. After 30mins-an hour they're still definitely not the same, armaf gives me a headache if I spray it more than once across my neck area, too synthetic, don't like the ambroxan in there.
