About this deal

so my question is , is it worth waiting on this version or is the intense version as good as it gets these days ? After which, the leather and Tonka become the most prominent and these are accompanied by a slight powdery texture, while the famed cardamom retreats to a supporting background role on this iteration as opposed to being the protagonist like on the original. I strongly recommend that La Nuit, L'Homme, Tuxedo are the Masterpieces in the line and all you need from this house as of date of writing. as i wrote before, i love everything about the scent of this frag, i wont go into the bottle, packaging and anything of that sort because i deem it secondary to the scent, but i do think that these segments of the YSL are fine. Give five people who know nothing about notes in perfumery samples of Bleu Electrique and another five samples of this, I'd be surprised if even one noticed a single difference.

on each side of the neck, 1 behind the neck, 1 on the chest and 1 on the right tricep will do nicely. The original DNA is quite subtle and the added notes like lavender clary sage vetiver and patchouli give this a familiar but toned down echo of none other than Fahrenhiet le Parfum. I would have loved to smell the first versions, cause I know the potential of this and how it's probably a ghost of what it was now. I think that there are some notes not mentioned in the list, it smells flamy and hot and its suitable only for winter. I have a very personal connection with this fragrance, my dad’s signature scent and my absolute favourite fragrance. Not one of those nose-blasters, wherein one walks by you and you can taste the top, middle and base notes in your mouth.

However, as singular as the nose is at first, it warms into a heart of gorgeous lavender (fresh, not dried) that is blended harmoniously with warm citrus (bergamot), which also lifts the accord and giving it a breeze of fresh air.

I would not change it a bit because that would change the personality and the opening would not be as pretty as it is right now. It’s weird because it is kind of warm but I would describe it as radiant- it really blossoms with the bergamot in dry down (the bergamot almost comes through a bit cinnamon apple-y) and it’s smells like a very nice candle or hand soap- seems like it should be versatile enough, not too bright or sharp for the winter but not too cloying for the summer.

During this stage, the fresh lavender from the opening is still in the same level as the cardamon but… you’ll notice it being slowly crushed into a powder form. the only good sequel of la nuit is the frozen cologne, because it is the fresher version of the original. The scent, which barely clung to the skin, was reminiscent of diluted scented water rather than the luxurious fragrance I was anticipating. Two amazing fragrances and not redundant to own either but truly would have probably just stuck with DHI which I had first if I knew this prior. Yves Saint Laurent La Nuit de L'Homme Le Parfum is a rich and more amber based version of the original and much coveted YSL La Nuit de L'Homme EDT.I think I would say that is about right - on a cold night (when this is perfect) maybe add one to the wrists. I wanted to like it more because of its association with the original La Nuit de L' Homme, but this replaces the powdery backdrop with something that smells like meat preservatives, or seasoning. The Drydown of this instantly reminded me of something, I thought about it and that something is Dior Homme Intense.

This way it stays with me for 10+ hours and everytime I move my head around I get whiffs of it even after I got home from work. They added the Synthetic Rum dna of 'Wanted By Night' to it, making the dna more cloyingly sweet, and ruining the masterpiece elegance that is in 'La Nuit'.

These fragrances are often constructed in a different manner to the traditional French Model and are formulated in one single burst. com perfumes magazine - All Rights Reserved - do not copy anything without prior written permission. When I checked the batch code online it said manufactured in January 2023 but it could be wrong idk. I utterly appreciate the fact that it sits close to the skin, rather than announce its arrival with a huge 'LOOK AT ME!
