REGAL ROBES 7th January
On 7th January we would like to mark Epiphany with a visit from the three kings. But we need costumes. Can anyone suggest a source of three adult robes/cloaks/gowns, plus crowns/hats? Contact David Hewett or Felicity.
NEW GROUP 8th January
The Safe Space group is a supportive and reflective group for those who struggle and want to learn more about the Christian faith. This group meets fortnightly in the St Mary's Church Refectory at 2pm on a Monday. The next three groups are in the New Year and are scheduled for Monday January 8th, Monday January 22nd and Monday February 5th 2018. If you would like to join us for any or all of these meetings please contact felicityscroggie@gmail.com. You are very welcome.

Tea Talks for 2018
In St Mary's Kidlington at 3pm. Tea and cakes afterwards. More info from Yo Davies 0786 566 4451. Offers of cakes and helpers for the teas gratefully accepted.

WILLOW TREE LUNCH 17th January
Parish lunches continue this year at 12noon on the third Wednesday of the month at the Willow Tree Cafe on the Moors in Kidlington. All are most welcome, but please phone Peter & Jan Jeffreys on (01865) 580 659.

WEEK OF PRAYER Jan18th-25th
The Week of Prayer for Christian Unity starts today, with noonday prayers in St Thomas More church, then moving around all of churches in turn. See the notice about the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity to read details of the prayer cycle, the joint service, and the fellowship meal.

START COURSE Tuesdays from Jan 23rd
Come to our next START course which begins on Jan 23rd 8-9.15pm at St John's Kidlington. There will be six sessions on God, Jesus and the Journey of Life. For more details please contact Steve or Anne Handsley on 01865 378267.

THE ANNUAL CTK FELLOWSHIP MEAL 24th Jan
The annual CTK FELLOWSHIP MEAL will be held on Wednesday 24th January, at 7pm at Kidlington Baptist Church. The speaker is Dr Gemma Simmonds C.J., who is a very inspiring and lively speaker. PARISH ENVIRONMENT POLICY 30th Jan
The PCC are current looking at environmental policy with a view to updating it and reflecting more widely on how we might do more to live out the fifth mark on Anglican mission: 'to safeguard the integrity of creation, and to sustain and renew the life of the earth'. We are having an open meeting at 29 Andersons Close on Tuesday 30th January at 8.15pm. Please email Laura if you are interested in coming or if you would like to be involved in any other way.
